The evaluation: Life last week
The details:
Alright so on monday, i went work did crunched numbers slacked abit came back and watched tv. all the way then slept.
Tuesday, went to work crunched more numbers! and then went jamming with this new bunch of
people. I was greeted with this chinese guy with a gay simle and soft voice wearing a beret at the
studio. Oh well, at least he could play a little bit
Wedsnesday, work again. The boss decided to call on me this time, he told me about doing business. " When i sell something to the lutheran church and they ask me, are you lutheran? i say yes. If it's the catholic church asking, i say yes i'm catholic. You must sell the product that is what matters!" ...hmmm what a philosophy. Here's another one of his teachings which a colleague relayed to me "We do anything to sell our product, i know...everyone wants to go heaven, all want to go to heaven's front door. But if people go by front door, we still can go! We go by back door!" ...hmmm interesting.
Thursday, back at work this time, shaking legs cause they've apparently run of work for me. Made myself busy by testing all the products. Fantastic. Dashed to the bustop and made it for the bible study session at the rock auditorium. "Brothers and sisters, let us quiet-en our hearts and minds. Be ready to receive the teachings of god". I did exactly what he said, but my heart and mind was so quiet that it shut down for awhile. "Amen, let me conclude..." i woke up just when he said that. good timing..
Friday, great day! they ran out of work for me again at the office so i listened to stories from the colleagues and entertaining philosophies for the boss. Finished work, and andrew says lets go to holland V for dinner and i did. Met them ate, and listened to the usual, "AC was fun last time....Cref. is starting a play.....AC is building a new center for performing arts...AC's got a new play...I'm teaching at AC...eh do you know that AC....Maybe we should go to AC....etc." Migrated to breeks (or brekcos can't get the name correct) and listened to more. "Would you like to share a cab back" said sunny after the talk-cock session so we did. Only thing is he paid 10 bucks and i paid 2...hmmmm..
Saturday, drove my mum to see grandad then went to work, this time for my aunt's company as a shop assiantant on its opening day. Of course, i had no product knowlege. "Excuse me, i want to know, what does this product do?" ..."Oh this , ohh errmm..ahhh this is a very advanced product! it does so many complex things!!!If you wait here, i know just the person to tell you more about it!!!" How's that for a *smart* salesperson!. They even gave me 40 bucks for only 5hrs of work. Went for dinner after that with parents and then went for a mid-night movie, "The hidden blade". Extremely slow moving soppy japanese show with a sweet and happy ending. Although, the show was way too slow for me, i have to admit i was touched by the cheesy happy ending. Maybe i'm just a sucker for such things.
Sunday. Woke up dazed, woke sleepy, woke up late...Before you know it jon and kuek are at my house and my study room becomes a music production studio complete with karaoke mic and pirated software. 5hrs later we got like 2 tracks down. Then parents go out and i watch matrix revolutions on HBO, then more guitar and finally i arrive at this moment now.
